Carlos Eduardo Eliziário de Lima, a lawyer and industrial property agent, is a partner at the Dannemann Siemsen firm where he has worked since 2002. Having graduated in Law from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and with a post-graduate degree in Business Contracts from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) Law School in Sao Paulo and a Continued Education Course in Innovation Law from the FGV Law School in Rio, Carlos Eduardo works mainly in the following areas: contracts, focussing on technology supply contracts, licensing of industrial property, service provision contracts, contracts involving the negotiation of copyright, franchising, distribution, agency/commercial representation, joint ventures, confidentiality agreements, agreements between public entities and intellectual property in general.
