ABOUT ME

Partner, Patent Attorney working with K&S Partners, India since 2005. I am mostly involved in the drafting and prosecution of patents in the areas of pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. I regularly provides opinions on the validity and enforcement of patents, freedom to operate, infringement analysis and assists clients with due diligence, technology transfer and licensing apart from managing patent portfolios. I regularly appears before the Indian Patent Office, the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and various Courts including the High Court of Delhi in connection with prosecution and enforcement of patent rights.
