I am a graduate lawyer and enrolled in Bar Council to practice. I am also a registered Trade Mark Agent, and Patent Agent. I am qualified as Patent Attorney. I have been actively involved in patent drafting especially interacting with clients, visiting their R & D units and discussion with inventors and scientists. I am well versed with Patent laws in India, US, and Europe. I draft patent specifications and prosecutes patent applications. My opinion on patents have been very highly considered by several leading corporations in Europe and USA.
