An IP attorney with a bachelor’s degree in law and masters in Intellectual Property Law from University of Washington, United States. An internship experience of one year in Washington Attorney General’s Office. Work and specialize in Trademark, Copyright and Designs. File applications for trademark registration, draft and file responses to examination reports/provisional refusals, conduct and prepare India specific and Global trademark search/clearance reports, advise on trademark branding, draft and file notice of opposition and prosecution of trademarks, draft evidence affidavits in support of opposition/application, file international applications through Madrid system, drafts legal notices, file applications for patent design registration, draft responses to U.S Office actions, appeals, cancellation petitions and answers to U.S cancellation petitions. Drafts IP License, assignment, technology, franchisee, distributor, software development, non-disclosure agreements, employee agreements, vendor, and master service agreement. Drafts privacy policies and terms of use for websites of the companies. Work with Startups and assist them with IPR related matters.
