Legal professional with over 15 years of experience in intellectual property laws. Worked with international and domestic clients on non-contention/cross-jurisdictional and contentious IPR mandates. Looking to develop and grow the IPR practice in an organization, build capabilities and nurture a robust practice. • Collaborating with Indian and international entities including in SAARC countries, the Gulf countries and other major jurisdictions such as the U.S.A, China, the European Union, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. • Advising clients across sectors on protection, growth and sustainability of brands, issues relating to IP in advertisements and brand infringement. • Representing clients in relation to prosecuting and defending trademarks and copyrights, domain name disputes, domain registration, and recording IP with the Indian customs for monitoring infringement. • Monitoring project activities and verified team members adhered to project's budget and business standards and regulations. • Finalising scope of mandates and mandate execution plan. • Managed revenue models, process flows, operations support and customer engagement strategies. • Evaluating diverse organizational systems to identify workflow, communication and resource utilization issues.
