SKILL: Started practicing as Patent Agent and IP Consultant since June 2008. Drafting and Filing Patent Applications in India/PCT/Conventional countries, Patent Prior Art Searches, FTO/Infringement analysis,claim analysis,validity opinion, Redrafting of claims, preparing and responding to Examination Reports/Office Actions, attending hearings, Pre grant and Post grant oppositions and handfull of experience in prosecuting the applications. Preparing and Filing of Design Applications, preparing and responding to Examination Reports-Designs. FIELD: Electricals, Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical, Automobiles, Bio technology, Civil, Computer related inventions, Textile related inventions, and also drafted limited number of Chemistry related inventions. PROJECTS: Drafted and filed more than 500 Patent applications in various fields of technology in India and Foreign countries. Also done prosecution of Patent applications till grant and after grant. Conducted more than 500 Prior art Searches in various fields of technology. Also done more than 50 FTO/Infringement analysis,claim analysis,validity opinion. Filed more than 200 Design Applications.
