ABOUT ME

Practicing law since 1991 in Nepal, Advising and representing clients on issues related to IPR (registration, maintenance, due diligence, Licensing and Assignment and so on), foreign investment, corporate compliance, etc. I represent local and foreign clients on cases related to IP dispute and other commercial matters at various courts of Nepal. Several IPR related articles have been published on legal magazines, newspaper of Nepal. I am a Joint Secretory of Supreme Court Bar Association, Chairperson of Lawyers' Forum for IP, Treasurer of SAARC LAW Nepal, Co-chairman of IP committee of Supreme Court bar Association and member of several professional organizations. I am also a member of international legal professional organizations such as AIPPI, APPA (Treasurer of APPA Nepal), INTA (representative of PLA), Law Asia and so on
