ABOUT ME

I am a Mexican IP Attorney at Law with over 26 years of experience in all fields of Industrial and Intellectual Property. In the past we have advise our clients in the pharmaceutical area, and we have broad experience in IP Litigation, mostly in trademarks and copyrights although we have some patent infringement cases. We manage trademark portfolios for our clients worldwide, specially in Latin America. Our team has specialists in every ground of the IP (patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Litigation), and we are members of INTA and the Mexican Chapter WIPO (Asociación Mexicana para la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (AMPPI)). In the litigation filed we are proud to annouce we are the first and only Mexican IP Firm that has obtained a cancellation of a trademark registration, based on first use of a copyright work.
