ABOUT ME

I graduated from Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department then finished my Master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department. With the Bachelor’s degree education in material science I have developed myself on process and production methods of various materials. After that I studied and worked on mechanical behaviors of materials professionally by simulating fatigue behaviors of engine mounts which are used in commercial vehicles. I've been working as Patent Specialist in Polin Waterparks (transferred from Ankara Patent Bureau). As my responsibilities in this work; setting up IP Management Processes, preparing PCT application documents (description, drawings, claims), managing prior art search for FTO facilities and training all personals about the patent procedures. At my last experience I was a R&D Incentives and IP specialist in Hexagon Studio which give engineering services for mainly automotive sector. With this job I'm responsible for leading R&D Incentives Projects (TEYDEB/SANTEZ), facilities of Intellectual Property Rights (proses monitoring for applying and registration of trademarks, patents and utility models), cooperation Studies of University and Industry, preparing activity report of R&D Center. With IP facilities, I’ve been expert in using databases such as; Patbase, Espacenet, Google Advanced Patent Search etc. It’s been always in my responsibility to define to buy a database for a company which I worked for. Because of this, I have tried many databases like Thomson Routers, Patent Strategies, Questel etc. In Hexagon Studio, leading R&D projects was the part of my responsibilities. Because of that I had attended some professional workshops about PMI and using Microsoft Project. I would like to mentioned that I have almost 2 year HORİZON 2020 project management experience.
