ABOUT ME

Joined HPCD in 2001. He is Partner and General Manager, focusing on patents and responsible for the ISO quality certification. Hugo is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello with a Master in Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana, both in Caracas. He additionally studied Simulation Systems at Harvard University and other studies at Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property. Hugo has represented HPCD at several conferences such as AIPLA, IBA, INTA and APAA. Furthermore, he has been recognized as an IP Stars by MIP Magazine’s "World IP Handbook” 2014 - 2017, and as a Legal Media Group’s “Expert Guides Rising Stars” 2015 & 2016. He also collaborates with the Editorial Board of The Patent Lawyer Magazine.
