ABOUT ME

Dr. Askarian concentrates in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. He also has experience in assisting both patent owners and petitioners in inter partes review proceedings at the USPTO. His technical experience spans various technology disciplines including wireless and cellular networks, optical networks, intelligent and software defined networks (SDN), sensor networks, computer architecture, coding, cryptography, signal processing, semiconductor design and fabrication, electronic circuits and devices, optics, and optical coherence tomography (OCT). He is admitted to the Maryland State Bar and is a registered patent agent before the USPTO.
