ABOUT ME

My Name is Mahmood Ur Rahman Chaudhry. I did my M.A in History and L.L.B from University of The Punjab Lahore, Pakistan. I worked with about 4 law firms in the beginning of my career and then I started my own law office in 2006 and since then I am chair and Managing Partner Intellectual Property Logium - www.iplogium.com - providing intellectual Property Law services worldwide particularly in USA, New Zealand, Australia, UK, WIPO and Pakistan. My area of expertise include Trademark, Patent, Design and Copyright. From applying and filing to prosecuting and defending successfully intellectual assets, responding to office actions and replies to examiners’ objections, dealing with infringements and defences, handling oppositions and re-examination proceedings, drafting and sending IP Cease and Desist Notices and responding them back and construction of very intricate and complex intellectual property deeds, agreements contracts and documents are my regular works.
