Subhadip has work experience of more than 17+ years in the field of technology and IP management. He has extensive experience in incubating IP practices for large corporations. Some of his core competencies include managing multi-scenario IP strategies, IP Risk and Compliance management, driving product and service IP strategies, commercialization and licensing of IP, M&As, managing complex deal negotiations, Pricing and valuation of technologies, technology transfers and licensing, alliances, contract structuring and deal positioning, managing Government Affairs and Public Policy, among others.
