Dr. Sinai Yarus founded IPAttitude (IPA) in 2013 after working in patent drafting and prosecution at several well known Israeli IP law offices since 1999. IPA serves inventors in drafting, filing and prosecuting applications in the US, Israel and other jurisdictions around the world. Dr. Yarus’ academic background in agriculture, biochemistry, biotechnology and molecular biology is supplemented by technical expertise in diverse fields such as medical imaging, clean tech, solar energy, nano-particle based technology, medical devices, bone cement, RF applications, water purification, Information technology and communications systems acquired during many years of patent practice. IPA makes identification of important aspects of the business to protect the primary goal. Identification of jurisdictions where protection is needed is a secondary goal. Once these goals are defined, you can decide whether there are sufficient resources to achieve a meaningful degree of protection by patenting your invention.
