I'm Soroosh Falahati

ABOUT ME

Soroosh Falahati is a paralegal in Bayan Emrooz Law Firm. Being an LLM student in Intellectual Property Law at Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran with a thesis on confidentiality agreements, he mainly specializes in patents, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, copyright and neighboring rights and other fields related to Intellectual Property Law such as Biotechnology law. He also holds an LLB from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad where he was awarded for the best head of scientific societies in 2011. Having the IELTS certificate, he has taught the English language for two years and has started his cooperation with Bayan Emrooz Law Firm since January 2016. He has an article in the publishing process and a book translation ready to be published. He is also familiar with French.
