ABOUT ME

Turaev Mullohasan Mirzoevitch, born in 1972, citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan having LLM (Master of Laws) in the field of Intellectual Property Law (2007). From 1989 till 1994, student at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the S. Aini Tajik State Pedagogical University (TSPU); 1999 - 2002, student at the Law Faculty of the Tajik National University; 2003 – 2004, student at the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property; 2005-2007, graduate student at Faculty of Law of the Robert Schuman University (International Center for Industrial Property Studies) in Strasbourg, France. From 1994 to present time, worked in the National Patent and Information Center of the Republic of Tajikistan as an expert on trademarks and service marks, Head of the Department for International and National Registration of Trademarks and Service Marks, Deputy Head of the State Expertise Management for Industrial Property Objects, lecturer at the educational Department for Protection of Industrial Property of the National Patent and Information Center, Chairman of the Appeal Board. Took part in developing draft laws of the Republic Tajikistan in the field of the industrial property. Co-author of the English-Tajik-Russian, Tajik-English-Russian, Russian-Tajik-English Dictionary of intellectual property (2008).
