ABOUT ME

I am a partner in the IP and technology department of our Brussels office, active in contentious and transactional matters. I am an experienced litigator in all areas of intellectual property law (copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs and trade secrets). He also litigates matters in the area of technology law, such as internet service provider liability and domain name disputes and trade practices, including matters involving the protection of reputation of companies or individuals. I also advise clients in IP-rich transactions, such as technology transfer,software licensing, consulting, outsourcing, brand protection and film production/distribution. I graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain and Completed a LL.M in Law, Science &Technology at Standford University. I am also a member of the editorial board of the Belgian IP law journal IRDI. Together with my team, I have been recurrently ranked in the legal directories Chambers Europe and Legal 500 as well as in the "IAM Patent 1000" - The World's Leading Patent Practitioners and the "WTR 1000" - The World Trademark Review directory.
