ABOUT ME

Sarah is an intellectual property expert, advising in contentious and non-contentious IP matters including ownership, protection and enforcement of IP rights, freedom to operate, technology licensing and transactional work relating to exploitation and protection of IP rights. Sarah also regularly acts in litigation concerning validity and infringement of IP rights. She is a registered trade marks attorney. A particular focus of Sarah's practice is the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Sarah is the Reporter General of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), a leading international organization dedicated to the development and improvement of regimes for the protection of IP. She is also a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ), and the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand (LESANZ).
