ABOUT ME

I have a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a diploma in Spanish and European Patents from the University of Barcelona and a diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe from the International Centre for Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the Strasbourg University. I am a Spanish Industrial Property Attorney and a European Patent, Trade Mark and Design Attorney. I am also an English certified translator-interpreter, qualification awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I am currently the Managing Partner of the firm, as well as the President of the Intellectual Property Committee of CEOE (Spanish Industry Association). Furthermore, I am President of the Association of Spanish Industrial Property Attorneys before International Intellectual Property Organisations (AGESORPI), President of the Reporting Group for the reform of the European Patent Institute (epi), and Spanish delegate of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and member of the Conseil of European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA). I have held positions of Spanish, European and international relevance within the field of Intellectual Property, such as President of the European Trade Mark Association (ECTA), Vice President of the European Patent Institute (epi), General Reporter of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and Vice President of the Official Association of Spanish Industrial Property Attorneys (COAPI). I have the Award of Merit from AIPPI and am a Member of Honour of this Association, as well as of the Spanish and Portuguese Groups of AIPPI. Therefore, I am considered both nationally and internationally one of the most experienced professionals in the field of Intellectual Property.
