ABOUT ME

Robert Eggert studied chemistry with a focus on physical chemistry at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz and the Freie Universität Berlin. After studying chemistry, he studied law at the University of Potsdam and worked alongside his jurisprudential studies as a patent professional in the pharmaceutical industry. He is a patent attorney and works for Bonnekamp & SPARING since late 2012. His work as a patent attorney focuses primarily on patents and utility models in the areas of Life Science and AppliedScience. In the field of life science, he treats the new applications and prosecution of chemical and pharmaceutical ingredients. In the area of AppliedScience are its fields of activity in the field of biotechnology and medical technology, in particular the enforcement of IP rights is before the German authorities and courts in the focus of his work.
