ABOUT ME

With over 20 years of experience in major law firms of Brazil and as an industry lawyer, Emília started her own firm in order to apply the experience she gained counseling large companies in critical domestic and international operations, start-ups, medium, and small companies. A law graduate with a post-graduate qualifications in procedural law, 1997, she attended the Executive MBA at the Business School of São Paulo and the Legal Exchange Education Program at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in São Diego. She has authored articles and periodicals in the area. She is also an MBA lecturer and professor of Strategic Management for Law Firms. Emília was ranked by Chambers in 2014 and 2015 as a reference in her practice area. Associated to the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association - ABPI. ​ ​Languages: English and Spanish
