Smart IP is a law firm founded by Mr. Mian Md. Matiur Rahman, Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh practicing in the legal field since 1979.A group of young associates have joined to strengthen his hand in serving the valued clients .Smart IP has also been established to provide services with respect to all Intellectual Property Matters in Bangladesh. The Firm mostly handles foreign clients and law firms and is dedicated to serve its clients by conducting Trade Mark, Patent, Domain and Design searches, watches and filling any new applications till obtaining registration certificates of Trade Marks, Service Marks, Patents, Industrial Designs, and Copyrights and Domain Name. We provide services for monitor renew and maintain Intellectual Property registrations and also initiate opposition and cancellation proceedings. The Firm also renders legal opinions on all aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and maintainability of a Client’s Interest.
