ABOUT ME

Naveen is Managing Partner at DELHI IP. He is actively involved in drafting and prosecution of patent applications in technical areas e.g. pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymers, microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology for both domestic and foreign clients. He regularly provides opinions on patentability, validity and enforcement of patents, freedom to operate, infringement analysis and assists clients with due diligence, technology transfer and licensing apart from managing patent portfolios. Prior to joining the DELHI IP, he has worked with many prestigious organizations. He worked with drug discovery incubator (incubator for Medivation Inc.) for around 3 years. He also worked with a leading knowledge process outsourcing company for around 3.5 years. He has also been an inventor in one of the patent applications.
