ABOUT ME

I am an experienced Intellectual Property lawyer and founder and principal of Y Intellectual Property. My practice areas include trade marks, designs, copyright, consumer law, domain name disputes, passing off and IP disputes, as well as the preparation and drafting of commercial IP documents. As an experienced litigator, I have been involved in a number of high profile IP litigation cases. I also advise on all aspects of IP protection and enforcement with a focus on providing a transparent, value-driven and personal service. My practice includes management and auditing of IP portfolios, advising on international IP protection and prosecution strategies, as well as running trade mark opposition matters before the Australian Trade Marks Office. My background includes practicing in a broad range of areas, including family law, commercial litigation, property law, media and entertainment law, defamation and of course, intellectual property law. My qualifications include a Masters of Intellectual Property Law from Melbourne University and I am also a qualified Trade Marks Attorney.
