ABOUT ME

Education: Graduated from University of Buenos Aires, School of Law. Used to be Commercial Law professor at the University of Buenos Aires. He is a Patent and Trademark Agent, member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property (AAAPI) and other renowned international associations such as: - International Trademark Association (INTA) - International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI). - Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Industrial (ABPI). He also attends every year to the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) as an observer participant. His work mainly focuses on Trademarks, Domain Names, Copyrights, Transfer of Technology, Customs (IP), Patents, Utility Models, Design, Commercial and Corporate Law He has recently been appointed to the INTA Unreal Campaign Committee for the 2016-2017 term and also as a moderator for a Table Topic at INTA’s 2016 Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL.
