ABOUT ME

Founder Partner of Rivera Cordova & Cordero, ( Full Service Law Firm in Guatemala) more than 15 years of legal experience, twelve of them in his private practice and more than 20 years in the labor area. I specialized in the field of Intellectual Property, especially with trademarks, patents, and copyrights. I have extensive experience in the following fields: Intelectual Property, Negotiation, Corporate and Real State Law related to the development of residential projects such as vertical constructions; Banking, in aspects such as trusts and bank credits; and the Energy sector. I have serve as Legal Advisor for several multinational companies in the Ip field in different industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, food and beverages industries. I have work in civil, commercial, administrative contentious (fiscal and trademarks areas), and criminal judicial proceedings; custom compensations; and, environmental administrative proceedings.
