ABOUT ME

Mr Rory Moore is a Registered Patent Attorney and Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is a recipient of the ILO Client Choice Award for client service in patents in South Africa ( http://www.clientchoice.com/rory-moore ). Mr Moore worked for two leading firms of patent attorneys in South Africa. He also spent time at CPA Global Limited, a multinational provider of outsourced legal services based in Jersey in the Channel Islands, and later became the founding Director of the Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer Office of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a leading South African university. Mr Moore founded his practice, Moore Intellectual Property, in 2011. The firm handles all aspects of intellectual property in South Africa and the rest of Africa, including: - patents (e.g. PCT national phase patent applications); - trademarks; - IP/IT and Cyber Law; and - IP renewals, Moore Intellectual Property has a network of agents situated across the world, giving access to the latest developments in patent law and assuring you of the most up-to-date information and assistance.
