He is a trade marks specialist with worldwide experience in all aspects of filing, prosecuting and opposing trade mark applications and trade marks. James has professional expertise in representation before the UK Patent Office and EU Trade Marks Office, and is experienced in portfolio management and advising on trade mark strategy.
