ABOUT ME

I am a German-qualified lawyer and a certified expert for IP Law (‘Fachanwalt für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz’) with over ten years' work experience in the IP field. My work focuses on contentious and non-contentious patent infringement and validity actions both, on a national and international level. I also advise my clients on contentious trademark and unfair competition matters and negotiate R&D and licensing agreements. I have specific expertise in the field of IT, electronics, telecommunication and medical device technology. I studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and at Edinburgh University, where I earned a Masters Degree (‘LL.M.’) with a study of the Essential Facilities Doctrine and the compulsory licensing of IP rights.
