Shruti K. Shah is founder of SKSHAH LEGAL SERVICES, an IPR specialized Law Firm located at Ahmedabad, India. The Firm provides all range of IP rights services all over India. Shruti K. Shah, has done B.com, LL.B, LL.M and she is enrolled into the Bar Council of India as an Advocate/ Lawyer since 2004. She is also a Trademark Attorney and practicing before the IP Offices across India and is recognized as Start-up Facilitator by IPO & Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India. She is also a guest lecturer and a fond writer and working on education and awareness of IPR through various media. She has taken advance training in IP rights from Japan Patent Office, Tokyo, Japan. She also holds Advance International Certificate in Intellectual Property Assets Management from Korean Patent Office, South Korea. She holds vast experience of 13 years of practice and her clients include solo inventors to small and medium enterprise and FMCGs to large multinational companies. Her work includes IP management, IP audit, registration of trademarks, copyright, design, patent and Geographical Indication.
