Ese is a qualified trade mark attorney and specialises in Intellectual Property issues relating to protection, exploitation and enforcement of trade marks, designs and domain names in the UK, EU and worldwide and has over 15 years experience in the global IP field, having worked in Asia, in particular China. Ese assists clients ranging from individuals to start-ups to SMEs to multinationals in securing IP protection in various sectors worldwide. Ese is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and volunteers at the free business advice clinics offered by CITMA and the UK Intellectual Property Officer where advice is given on IP protection and ways of avoiding infringement.
