Patent and Trademark Attorney of Ukraine (Reg. number 419), Ph.D. Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Utility Models, Inventions, Geographical Indications, Copyright, Patent Searches, Litigation 16 years' experience in the field of IP protection, registrations of IP rights, judicial examinations & IP searches. 20 years' experience in the field of forensic sciences. PhD (1993). The chief of the first IP examinations laboratory in Kiev research institute of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (2004-2011). Author more than 125 published works concerning to IP. The head of groups of authors which in Ukraine have created for the first time "The Manual for examination of trade marks" and "The Manual for examination of industrial designs", "Questions of perfection of the criminal law protection of copyright and related rights in Ukraine" (2015).
