ABOUT ME

Mr. Nam, Vietnam registered patent attorney and bar association member – attorney at law, has substantial experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer. He started his career as searcher/examiner from 1985 in the National Office of Industrial Property and from 1993 to now senior and funding partner at TRAN H. N. & ASSOCIATES. Mr. Nam participated and given speeches, presentations on Prosecution and Registration of Patents, Trademarks, Designs and IP enforcement system in Vietnam in various Seminars, Workshops organised in Vietnam, Japan and other countries by WIPO, JPO, JIII and at Apec forum. Member of AIPPI, APAA, FICPI, INTA. Mr. Nam graduated from Faculte Polytechnique de Mons in Belgium as Civil Engineer of Mechanic in 1985, obtained Diploma in Patent, Trademark and Design Law of the International Industrial Property Institute of Strasbourg, CEIPI – France, 1989-1990, and lastly Bachelor of Law from Hanoi University of Law, 1990-1995.
