Publications: Contribution to the book “La responsabilità contrattuale e precontrattuale” (Contractual and precontractual liability), author Prof. Pier Giuseppe Monateri, Turin. Drafting of the topic “Brevetti per invenzioni industriali” (Patent for industrial inventions), published in Digesto, Turin. Wrote the article “Il requisito di liceità nei marchi” (The requirement of lawfulness for trademarks) for the review Giurisprudenza Italiana, Turin. Contribution to the drafting of the Italian part of the book “International Licensing and Technology Transfer: Practice and Law”, London. Contribution to the drafting of the chapter on copyright of the guide “Proprietà Intellettuale – uno strumento per la crescita economica nel terzo millennio” (Intellectual Property – a tool for economic growth in the third millennium), edited by LES Italia and UIBM (Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi). Contribution to the drafting of “Guide MADE IN”, realised by CEIP (Centro Estero per l’Internazionalizzazione del Piemonte). Recommended in 2002 by the review "Chambers Global - The World's Leading Lawyers", among the Italian lawyers dedicated to Intellectual Property. Member of the Task Force of the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris for the drafting of model contracts on “Trademark Licence” and “Technology Transfer”. Teaching: Lectures on: “Technology Transfer Agreements”, “Industrial design” and Vienna Convention on International Sale of Goods” at the International Trade Law Course, organised by University of Turin, University of Freiburg, UNIDROIT, UNCITRAL, The International Training Centre of the ILO. Lecturer in the course “Law for Internet and E-Commerce”, during the Master in E-Business and ICT for Management organised by Politecnico di Torino.
