ABOUT ME

With a masters in Intellectual Property Law and several years of practice, Niji has advised in the areas of intellectual property and corporate commercial law. He has been involved in several litigation matters before all the superior courts in Nigeria. He has also advised on a range of finance matters across several sectors including debt recovery, investment arrangements and intellectual property matters. He has advised multi-national corporations on global registration of their trademarks. He is a member of several local and international associations including: the British Literacy and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA); the International Trade Mark Association; International Bar Association; the Nigerian Bar Association; and Intellectual Property Association of Nigeria.
