Dr. Sanjay Kumar is the Managing Partner of the Firm, Perfexio Legal based in New Delhi/ Noida (India). Before establishing the Firm, he was associated with leading law firms in India. He has an experience of more than two decades as a lawyer at the Bar and is also a patent agent. He has represented a number of leading multinational and Fortune 500 corporations before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board, Patents & Designs Office, Customs Authority, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India and has successfully handled several IP including patents and designs matters in India. Dr. Kumar has handled and is presently handling amongst others, high profile patent litigations involving global pharmaceutical companies in India.
