Mr. Vineed Abraham is the managing partner with Brands & Bonds and is responsible for the Intellectual Property practice of the firm. He concentrates his practice on trademark, designs and copyright portfolio management and counselling clients on filing, use and enforcement strategies worldwide. His clients include national and multinational clients with distinguished intellectual property portfolios. He also handles corporate transactions including conducting analysis and review of intellectual property portfolios; assisting in due diligence; negotiation of purchase and sale of intellectual property rights etc. An attorney by profession Mr. Abraham advises clients on various patent matters, including patent analysis and litigation. A Gold Medallist in L. L. B, he read Commercial Law and Criminal law in his masters. Mr. Abraham is speaker on the subject in many conferences and conventions.
