ABOUT ME

A national of Malawi, I have degrees in law (LLB) from the University of Malawi and LLM from Queen Mary College, University of London (1986). I am a former Registrar of Patents and Trade Marks of Malawi and Director General of the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO). Currently I am the Managing Partner of Chirambo & Chirambo, a boutique commercial law firm specializing in intellectual property, which I established in 2005. The firm is based in Blantyre, Malawi's commercial city.
