ABOUT ME

Le Quang Vinh is a founding partner, qualified Patent, Design and Trademark Attorney and Head of Intellectual Property Department of BROSS & PARTNERS. He has more 17 years of intensive experience in advising and representing regional and international industrial and commercial groups on the spectrum range of intellectual property rights related issues, especially Trademark, Patent, Industrial Design, Copyright and Domain name. Recently, he has been especially strengthened his practice area in respect of trademark enforcement in Vietnam and trademark protection in foreign countries. Thanks to his non-stop effort and dedication, he has been honored as one of the leading lawyers for four consecutive years 2014-2017 by the Asia Law Profiles. Currently, he is selected as one of two researchers by Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) to conduct a comprehensive study on how to effectively protect well-known mark in Vietnam within the cooperation project between MoST and INTA. He is regularly invited by MUTRAP, JICA, MoST and Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) as speaker or moderator presenting feasible solutions for better enforcing IPRs disputes in Vietnam. In addition, he was also chosen to hold a 2012 INTA academic roundtable “Overlapping Protection of 3D Marks, Industrial Design and Copyrights” in Hanoi.
