We operate like a startup, providing tailor-made services and keeping overhead low. We are driven to find the most appropriate way to protect your brilliant inventions to make your business successful. Our services are dynamic to follow the changing world and to meet individual needs at various stages of growth. Although we love to work with Startups & SME’s, our services can be tailor-made for any size & type of organization. I am a European and Dutch Patent Attorney, European Industrial Designs Attorney, European Trade Mark Attorney. I may represent before the EUIPO, EPO, International Bureau (IB), Dutch and UK Patent Offices. I specialize in physics, software, electronics & mechanics, with experience in Patent work in the fields of data processing, image processing, communications, medical devices, materials, particle optics & optics. I have many years’ experience in oral hearings, Opposition & Appeal proceedings before the EPO. I have been teaching European & PCT law for more than 10 years to attorneys training for the European Patent bar or EQE. I specialise in the legal paper (Paper D).
