ABOUT ME

I am a European Patent Attorney, and a European Design and Trademark Attorney. I own Allen IP Limited, which provides scrupulous Intellectual Property (IP) services including, but not limited to: Patents, Design registration, Trademark registration, Opinion and advice, and Dispute resolution, with IP Offices, and with client's commercial rivals. I have in excess of 15 years experience in the IP profession, obtaining significant experience processing UK, European, and International IP applications. I have expertise in relation to inventions and designs in the mechanical engineering technical field, and neighbouring technical fields.
