Date of Birth : 25.10.1978 Place of Birth : İzmir / Turkey Nationality : TR Summary : - Graduated from Electronics Engineering Faculty of Uludag University in 1999. - Became Turkish and European Patent Attorney in 2001. - Having consulted many well-known companies and esteemed universities as regards all patent related aspects such as patent searches, patent drafting, patent prosecution, patentability and/or FTO analysis and patent related disputes. - Having acted as a court expert in patent related disputes before Turkish Courts - Founding partner of Erdem, Kaya & Partners in which more than 35 IP Professionals are employed including Turkish, German and European Patent and Trademark Attorneys and Attorneys at Law and which is ranked as among top tier IP Firms of Turkey by known referral companies. - Ranked as among Leading IP Professional for patent related aspects by known referral companies. - Having delivered IP awareness and expertise trainings to dozens of companies and universities as a guest speaker - President of a National Patent Union called UPB which was founded by the Decision of the Council of Ministers in 1999.
